Shipping & Order Processing
You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order has been submitted. Please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly.
We allow for a 2 to 7 business day delivery period once an order is placed.
Please note that during sale periods and with a new collection launch, there may be processing delays due to high volume.
When your item is marked as shipped, you will receive tracking updates and notifications as your order makes its way to your door. As soon as your parcel is on the way, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days within Australia
We offer Free AUS wide Shipping for all orders over AUD $100.00
A flat rate of AUD $10.00 for deliveries within Australia will be applied at checkout for orders under $100.00
We ship all orders from our base in Melbourne and can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Orders within Australia are sent via AUSpost and are fully traceable once shipped.
Parcels within Australia will be marked authority to leave. If you require a signature upon delivery please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that we cannot ship or process orders on weekends or Public Holidays.
Items will be posted out within 2 business days of being purchased online

Please allow up to 24 days for delivery, if you did not receive your tracking number please contact us for further details.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at email@example.com and we will investigate this for you. Please note that it can take a few days to resolve so please bear with us.
Modifications/Cancellations of your Order
If you wish to modify your order after it has been submitted, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
If you have received an incorrect item or your item/s arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com to let us know. We ask that you include in your email photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference along with a photo of the packing slip if possible.
We will take responsibility for the shipping costs of returning incorrect or damaged items.

PayPal- using bank transfer or credit card.
Logie and me does not accept cheques, cash, money orders, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order.
